Ashley Park’s passport of late is so impressive that it should be framed and displayed.

“I’ve found myself in hotels exponentially more than my own home,” the actress and singer says. Think stays in Barcelona, London, Rome and Paris — and those are just the international trips. “Through work and in my personal life, travel has become a main part of my life,” she says. “I love it.”

Now Park — who plays Mindy Chen in Netflix’s “Emily in Paris” and pops up in the 2024 “Mean Girls” movie — delivers her most personal hotel habits and stories in a new installment of Perfect 10, a Hotels.com digital content series. And needless to say, her tales are fairly epic. “I’m the unluckiest traveler in the world,” she says. “I’ve rarely had a trip that has not had some sort of logistical nightmare or mishap. Truly everything in the book! So whenever I get to my destination and into my hotel room, I sigh with deep and genuine relief.”

Unsurprisingly, her favorite hotel amenities are the calming ones. “I love access to a beach, spa area and a nice bathtub,” she says. Among her all-time favorites? Be Tulum Beach & Spa Resort and Grand Velas Los Cabos in Mexico. She also shouts out the Bulgari Hotel in Paris for its “thoughtful staff and room service and its espresso martinis” and the Villa Treville in Positano, Italy, for its outdoor gym and the “best farm-to-table food I’ve ever had.”

Ahead, Park lists some of her other travel favorites for CNN Underscored, including her go-to pair of sneakers and her noise-canceling Bose headphones.

“I’m nothing without relaxing or vibey music while traveling,” she explains. She gets into the groove thanks to the high-fidelity audio on these noise-canceling headphones. Their audio cable with an in-line microphone allows users to plug into sound even without a Bluetooth connection on an airplane.

Park packs it up in this award-winning lightweight suitcase, which is sized to fit in all overhead bins and features 360-degree wheels, an easy-grip top handle and interior compression. “I can somehow get it to zip shut even if it’s intensely overpacked,” she says. “I love their color palettes too!” The Carry-On comes in nine shades and also happens to be our pick for the best overall hard-shell carry-on luggage.

When it comes to healthy snacking on the go, Park loves these low-calorie, no- sugar-added dried organic mango slices. “They last well in every terrain or climate, they are sweet and give me a kick of energy while also being nutritious,” she says. Plus! “They’re not messy, so no spills!”

“I love traveling with a bucket hat,” Park says. “It’s comfy, fits in every bag and if you’re having a messy hair day, it still keeps you feeling chic and ready to take on the world!” Her pick, which is made from 100% cotton canvas, comes with a strap to keep it in place on extra-windy days.

Park’s beauty must? This gua sha, which relieves facial and jaw tension, enhances complexion and lifts and contours the face. “It helps me keep my lymphatic system healthy and my face feeling refreshed, especially after long flights,” she says. Park also carries a refillable water bottle with her because “staying hydrated is a key beauty essential when traveling.”

When it comes to outerwear, Park ditches the coat for a versatile oversized blazer. “I always travel with one because it keeps me warm as a jacket, but it’s never too cumbersome,” she says. “It also works well when I’m going to and from places with different climates.” Made from stretchy fabric, this blazer includes two generous front pockets. As she points out, “Pockets are helpful for a passport, ChapStick, phone and all those random necessities!”
