Event organizers should be aware that Department of Defense aerial demonstration teams are in great demand worldwide and, unfortunately, many requests simply cannot be accommodated. In addition, timely submission of your request on a completed DD Form 2535 is essential, since the team's schedules are booked up to a year in advance to ensure maximum public exposure.
