Requesting a National Guard Band

The Ohio National Guard has two bands: the 122nd Army National Guard Band, headquartered at Rickenbacker, Columbus; and the Air National Guard Band of the Great Lakes, headquartered with the 180th Fighter Wing in Toledo.

The 122nd Army Band (Ohio Army National Guard)

Visit their website at http://www.122ndarmyband.com The 122nd schedules performances 12 months in advance. Requests for the 122nd Army Band participation in your event should be made one year prior to your event by completing and submitting DD Form 2536 (Request for Armed Forces Participation in Events) to the Ohio National Guard Public Affairs Office, 2825 West Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43235 or FAX (614) 336-7410. Call the Public Affairs Office with any questions at (614) 336-7000.

The Air National Guard Band of the Great Lakes (Ohio Air National Guard)

Visit their web site at http://www.ohband.ang.af.mil Requests for the band should be made 12-16 months in advance directly with its scheduler. Contact the band at (419) 868-4149 or (800) 495-4250 x4149 or in writing to SMSgt Lee Trompeter Burgy, Air National Guard Band of the Great Lakes, Ohio Air National Guard, 2660 South Eber Rd., Swanton, Ohio 43558-9645.
